SupplyMint is the worlds 1st cloud native digital enterprise planning and operations platform that is available across mobile, web and Excel for e2e digitisation of retail, apparel and fashion industry. SupplyMint’s AI powered Digital Planning and Operations platform enables organisations to digitise their planning and sourcing process on a single cloud native platform. SupplyMint shall offer the following modules in this mobile app:
a. DigiProc: This module helps buyers to discover merchandise and vendors while on the move. The merchandisers and buyers can and create purchase indents / purchase requisitions digitally on the app which pulls the required product attributes from the ERP system in real time. The buyers have visibility to open to buy budgets, current buying trends, last season, last year same season buy’s and sales performance and many more information on their fingertips to make the right sourcing decisions. The merchandisers/buyers can take and upload pictures of the articles along with relevant information to collaborate with internal teams digitally and in real time. For new articles the app allows capturing the relevant information and create the appropriate entry into the ERP system.
b. DigiVend: This module allows retailers and vendors to collaborate and provide 360 degrees visibility into the status of purchase orders, quality management, order processing, shipment tracking, goods in transit, goods receiving and payments processing. All this in a single digital system integrated with ERP systems in real time. Retailers now have a single view into all their open purchase orders, shipment status etc across all its partners similarly Vendors have a single source of truth for all their open customer orders, quality control status, advance shipment requests approvals, goods shipped and received by customers and finally invoice and payment status. Vendors can also request account statements and other important details.
c. DigiARS: This module is first of its kind in the industry where an organisations store ops, sales, supply chain, warehousing and logistics team can collaborate with each other on a single platform thereby getting single version of truth into sales, inventory, and other metrics to measure performance and take corrective actions to meet revenue and margin goals. This app is integrated to the inventory management system that captures daily sales, inventory, procurement and recommends inventory replenishments into stores using machine learning and AI.
